Wintersun Aquavit is the organically certified aquavit produced by Bluewater Organic Distilling (Everett, Washington), conceived as the next step in the development of their earlier expression, Nordsjön Organic Akvavit. Launched on October 11, 2018, Wintersun became the first certified organic aquavit in the United States, fully aligned with Bluewater’s core principles of sustainability, ecological responsibility, and clean craftsmanship.

Wintersun preserves the same classic trio of aromatics that defined Nordsjön:
