Unser Manufaktur

Unser Manufaktur is a small spirits distillery based in Ulm-Böfingen, Germany, founded by Eduard Unser.
All of their products - including gin, "Cumingeist", "Kaffeegeist" and their aquavit - are conceived, developed and bottled in small batches.
They insist on clear, honest production: no added sugar, no cold filtration, just neutral alcohol distilled or macerated with botanicals, and then bottled at about 42 % ABV.
This artisanal, transparent approach positions Unser Manufaktur not as a mass-producer, but as a craft-oriented player - aiming for nuance rather than punch.
