Rockeskyller Brennerei Neuerburg was a family-run distillery in Rockeskyll, Vulkaneifel, Germany, tracing its history back to 1842. Its production was originally centered on Korn and juniper spirits, later expanding to fruit brandies, herbal liqueurs, aquavits and other regional specialties.
In 2006, a modern fruit distillery (Obstverschlussbrennerei) was established in Rockeskyll alongside the historic Korn distillery. The company stated that its products were made entirely in-house (“ausschließlich selbst hergestellt”).
The legal entity Rockeskyller Brennerei Neuerburg GmbH & Co. KG was registered in 2006. In the years before its dissolution, the distillery was managed by its owners, Dipl.-Chem.-Ing. Klaus Herrmann and Anette Neuerburg.
The company was dissolved on 4 January 2017 and entered liquidation. Later, the Rockeskyller Brennerei website identified Daniel Jobelius, owner of Peter Jobelius e.K., as the person managing the distillery, although it did not identify him as its owner. The liquidation of Rockeskyller Brennerei Neuerburg GmbH & Co. KG was completed on 21 June 2018, when the company was removed from the commercial register.
Among its aquavits, Rockeskyller Brennerei produced Eifel-Aquavit and Eifel-Zwerg, which were two distinct products.
