Maison Hamelle

Maison Hamelle is an independent spirits producer founded by Jérôme Hamelle in Paris. The project began in 2018 and the company was established in 2019 in the Charonne district of Paris’s 11th arrondissement. Before founding Maison Hamelle, Hamelle worked in corporate finance consulting and later trained in oenology and spirits, including studies with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and the Centre International des Spiritueux. The company’s first commercial product, Pastis Parisien, was launched in 2020.

Maison Hamelle produces spirits primarily through separate macerations of plants, fruits and spices followed by blending, rather than botanical redistillation. Its range has included Pastis Parisien, Gin Baignoire, Aquavit Voltaire and the citrus liqueur Martine. The company has been recognised as a Producteur Artisan de Qualité by the Collège Culinaire de France and was selected for the Guilde des Artisans de la Tour Eiffel, where Pastis Parisien, Gin Baignoire and Aquavit Voltaire were included among its products.
