Destillat-Scheune Weiss

Destillatscheune Weiss is a small German craft distillery founded in 2016, operating in a restored barn dating back to 1830. Their distillation equipment was custom-made by Müller Brennereianlagen (from Oberkirch-Tiergarten) - a company known for high-quality distillery stills. The still uses the patented "aRoMat" copper-spiral column technology, which replaces traditional heating floors and aims to preserve aromas more gently during distillation.

The distillery emphasizes using local fruit and traditional methods: the old barn’s timber structure, large wooden gate, and loft above the roof were preserved to maintain historic character; distillates are made with care and in limited, often hand-numbered batches. Among their products are fruit brandies, aquavits, gins and other spirits - all produced in small series with focus on craftsmanship and regional raw materials.

Destillatscheune Weiss positions itself as a "farm-distillery" with heart: they invite interested people to visit by arrangement, taste the spirits and see the historic distillation setup.
