Gertrude’s Aquavit is a collaborative release between the Industrious Spirit Company (ISCO) and the New York bar Gertrude’s, created as a custom dill-forward blend tailored specifically for the bar’s cocktail program.

Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in 750 ml, this aquavit is used in Gertrude’s signature drinks, including the Dirty Gertie and the Borscht Bloody Mary, where its bright dill character and clean herbal profile play a central role.
