Based on the flavor profile and the maturation method (6–8 weeks in red wine casks at 40% vol.), the product closely matches the specification of Helgoländer Aquavit, known to be produced by Ulex Alt-Neuhaus GmbH in Neuhaus (Oste), Germany.
