Everything Bagel Aquavit is a limited-edition spirit created as a savory interpretation of traditional caraway-focused aquavit, designed to reflect the flavor profile of an everything bagel. The spirit is produced from an organic wheat base and seasoned with a custom spice blend developed in collaboration with The Ocean State Pepper Company. The blend includes onions, garlic, poppy seed, citrus elements, salt, and a significant amount of caraway. The bottling strength is 40% ABV, and it is released in 375 ml bottles.

Aromas include warm toasted sesame and light roasted garlic, complemented by subtle notes of celery and onion. On the palate, the flavor combines bagel spices with lemon zest and a mild nutty character, finishing with a smooth and savory impression.

Everything Bagel Aquavit can be served over ice with a small amount of tomato water, added to a Bloody Mary, or used in a spritz with sweetened lemon juice and sparkling water or tonic.
