Eifel-Aquavit was a German aquavit bottled at 42% ABV, produced by Rockeskyller Brennerei Neuerburg GmbH & Co. KG in Rockeskyll, Vulkaneifel. The distillery described it as a Kräuterspezialität (herbal specialty).

Caraway was the characteristic ingredient of the aquavit. According to Rockeskyller Brennerei, a carefully balanced composition of herbs was distilled and extracted at the family distillery and combined with an aged wheat distillate. Eifel-Aquavit was then matured for an extended period in an old oak cask. Despite this cask maturation, the aquavit has a clear, colourless appearance. The producer recommended serving it at 8–10 °C.

Eifel-Aquavit was available in 0.5 and 0.2 litre bottles. In 2014, it received a Silver Award at the International Spirits Competition (ISW), listed by the producer as “ISW 2014 – Silberprämierung.” The ISW medal also appears on the bottle label.

Rockeskyller Brennerei also offered another aquavit, Eifel-Zwerg, which should not be confused with Eifel-Aquavit. Eifel-Zwerg is a distinct product and is now offered by Peter Jobelius e.K., while Eifel-Aquavit is no longer produced following the liquidation of Rockeskyller Brennerei.
