Spirits of French Lick Aquavit is a clear, unaged spirit distilled from 100% corn-based grain neutral spirit infused with a blend of ten botanicals. The primary flavors come from caraway, coriander, juniper, dill, cardamom, and citrus. The botanicals are milled and macerated in 70-proof neutral alcohol for 18–24 hours before distillation in a copper pot still.

The aquavit shows a crystal-clear appearance with noticeable viscosity. Its aroma combines bright citrus with savory spice notes and an earthy undertone. The flavor profile opens with sweet orange and caraway, transitions to a heavy-bodied mid-palate featuring black pepper, dill, pine, and juniper, and finishes with lingering spice dominated by coriander and citrus tones. The bottling strength is 92 proof (46% ABV).

The product has received several awards, including Double Gold at the 2018 SIP Awards, Double Gold at the 2018 Great American International Spirits Competition, and Double Gold at the 2019 Denver International Spirits Competition.
