Sommarkväll Aquavit is a citrus-forward aquavit created in collaboration between The Hardware Distillery (Hoodsport, WA) and Skål Beer Hall (Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood). Inspired by Scandinavian summer evenings, it emphasizes bright citrus notes while retaining the traditional character of aquavit. Released as a limited collaborative bottling, it was offered both for on-site pours and takeaway sales at Skål Beer Hall.
