Offbeat Aquavit is a caraway-forward spirit bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). It features additional notes of dill, orange peel, and star anise, giving it a savory and herbaceous profile. The aquavit received multiple awards at the 2023 ADI International Spirits Competition, including Gold Medal, Best of Category (Aquavit), and Best of Class (Specialty). It is commonly used as a base for cocktails, particularly those involving citrus or Bloody Mary variations.
