Odins Haithabu Aquavit (often listed as ODINS – Aquavit) is a 38% vol aquavit sold in 0.2 l bottles. It is described as a “pure elixir of life of the Vikings”, made from regional ingredients and gently distilled. The flavour profile is built around aromatic “Schlei caraway” and fresh lemon balm, rounded off with selected honeys that are thematically linked to the idea of giving Odin strength and immortality.
