With roots stretching back over two centuries, the distillery began as a farm and former royal-post station, gradually evolving into a producer of fine grain-based spirits and custom small-batch spirits under its own name.
What sets Northoff apart is their commitment to doing everything in-house – from raw-grain processing and fermentation to distillation, blending, cask-aging (when applied), bottling, and labeling.
