Norddeutscher Aquavit – also sold under the name Aquavit aus Norddeutschland – is a traditional Northern German aquavit produced by Schwechower Obstbrennerei in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The spirit is made from a wheat-based alcohol and a distilled blend of caraway and dill seed, resulting in a characteristically soft, slightly sweet and spice-forward profile. The producer emphasizes a slow, gentle distillation that keeps the flavor clean and rounded.

The aquavit is not barrel-aged, retaining its classic clear style typical of Northern German Kümmel- and dill-driven spirits.
