Lorenzen Aquavit is a German aquavit bottled at 38% vol., produced for Karl Lorenzen – Wines & Spirits, a long-established specialist retailer based in Bremerhaven (Bremen) and Geestland (Lower Saxony). The aquavit follows a classic northern style, featuring a distinct caraway note complemented by subtle hints of dill.
The color is straw yellow. On the nose, it shows fine spicy aromas with balanced caraway, while the palate is mild, clean, and traditionally styled. Lorenzen Aquavit is intended primarily as a digestif, ideally enjoyed neat after a meal.

Karl Lorenzen – Wines & Spirits has been a specialist retailer for wine and spirits since 1949. The family-run business is currently managed in its third generation by Jens Lorenzen and operates three stores in northern Germany: two in Bremerhaven and one in Geestland (Langen). Supported by a team of 18 employees, the company offers an extensive assortment of around 600 wines and more than 1,000 spirits, with a strong focus on personal customer advice.
In addition to retail, Lorenzen develops its own private-label products, including herbal bitters and various spirits. The company is also known for offering a wide selection of barrel-drawn (“vom Fass”) spirits, which are bottled on site for customers, as well as customized gift assortments and online shipping.
