Eau de Pickle is an American craft aquavit produced by Wigle Whiskey in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 Proof) in a 375 mL format.

The spirit is made from a rye distillate that is distilled twice, macerated overnight with dill weed, dill seed, garlic, mace, mustard seed, caraway, and coriander, and distilled a third time. The botanical profile follows the traditional aquavit base of caraway and dill, with additional pickling spices.

Producer tasting notes include garlic, caraway, dill, and coriander.

Eau de Pickle was developed in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for the Picklesburgh festival and received the American Craft Spirits Association Innovation Award in 2019.
