Copper Crow Aquavit is made using the distillery’s Signature Whey Distillation Process and infused with caraway, fennel, dill, coriander, clove, cinnamon, and anise. After infusion, the spirit is rested to allow its botanicals to fully integrate; this process does not involve barrel aging. It is typically served chilled, though serving preference is up to the drinker.
