Clara Hof Dill-Aquavit

Clara Hof Dill-Aquavit is a dill-forward aquavit produced using fresh crown dill grown in Schleswig-Holstein. The dill is harvested at the moment it sets seed and undergoes a weeks-long maceration to extract its full aromatic profile. The macerate is then distilled, with the vapors passed through a citrus peel aroma basket, adding a subtle lemon note to the spirit.
The resulting aquavit exhibits an unaltered dill character supported by earthy, grassy and caraway-like nuances, with light citrus freshness. On the palate, citrus appears first, followed by herbaceous dill, a mild caraway-like finish, and a faint mint-like aftertaste.
Clara Hof Dill-Aquavit is designed for experienced aquavit drinkers and is intended to be consumed neat at room or refrigerator temperature, either accompanying a meal or enjoyed on its own.
