BLN Aquavit is a Berlin-made aquavit that uses Scandinavian cranberries as its defining component. Instead of following the traditional profile based on caraway and dill alone, this version adds a noticeable fruity element. The cranberries create a balance between the spice typical of aquavit and a lighter, fresh note. It is described as an alternative to gin or vodka and can be consumed neat or used in cocktails.
