Ebbe & Flut Aquavit is a German aquavit produced by Störtebeker Brennerei GmbH. The spirit is made from 100% wheat alcohol and represents a regional North German caraway-style specialty.

The botanical base is a mild, balanced caraway profile created by infusing the wheat spirit with caraway and additional spices. After aromatization, the aquavit undergoes several months of maturation in former whisky casks, which impart gentle wood, vanilla, and light whisky-accented notes.
