Ursa Major AKavit is the distillery’s core, unaged interpretation of Scandinavian aquavit, built on a classic foundation of caraway and dill. These traditional botanicals are complemented by subtle Alaskan botanicals, adding gentle pine tones and a mild natural spiciness. The result is a clean, herbal profile with a smooth texture and restrained warmth, suitable for sipping or mixing.

This expression forms the base for the distillery’s limited Oak-Finished AKavit, a separate small-batch release aged in oak and bottled in very limited quantities.
