Sator Square Aquavit is produced in limited quantities, with batches made infrequently and given an extended bottle-rest period before release. The aquavit is distilled in a taffel style and features a profile led by caraway, followed by dill and fennel.

This aquavit has received multiple distinctions at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It earned a double gold medal in 2024 and was later awarded Best in Class in the Aquavit category.

The aquavit has been available for tasting and bottle purchases at the tasting room located at Wycombe Vineyards during different release periods. Earlier limited releases were mentioned in 2019 and 2022. By early 2025, the product was described as nearly sold out.
