Añejo Aquavit from Asbury Park Distilling Co. is a limited-edition release, aged for one year in ex-bourbon barrels. The aging process imparts a straw-gold color and smooth texture, with layered notes of honey, vanilla, anise, and lemon curd. This expression offers a mellow, rounded interpretation of the distillery’s original aquavit, highlighting a balance of sweetness, spice, and subtle oak influence. Only 200 bottles were produced, each available exclusively through the distillery’s Tasting Room in 750 ml format. Released in early November 2025.
