Skadi Aquavit is distilled from Rocky Mountain winter wheat in a traditional copper pot-column still and infused with aromatic botanicals. During the final distillation, ingredients such as caraway seed, bog myrtle, and lemon peel are placed in the vapor basket, allowing their flavors to infuse naturally into the spirit.
The result is a bright yet savory aquavit crafted in the Scandinavian style. Small, 55-gallon batches ensure precision and quality. Skadi Aquavit can be enjoyed chilled, either neat or in cocktails.
