This barrel-rested version of the Single Malt Aquavit is matured in used whisky barrels, adding depth and subtle oak character to the spirit. It retains the herbal and citrus profile of the original while gaining additional warmth and complexity from the wood.
At 45% ABV, it is well suited for sipping neat, substituting in classic whisky cocktails, or used in place of gin to add a distinctive twist to drinks such as the Negroni.
