Arkhon Aquavit is a limited-edition spirit from 3 Floyds Distilling Co. in collaboration with artist Zola Jesus, released in June 2022 alongside her album Arkhon. It is made with caraway seed, coriander, and fresh rosemary, and infused with Haskap berry juice, a northern berry that gives the aquavit its deep ruby-red color. The result is a light, floral, and herbal spirit with subtle earthy and fruity notes. Arkhon Aquavit is unaged, meaning it is not matured in barrels, and represents a modern, experimental interpretation of traditional Scandinavian aquavit crafted in Indiana, USA.
