Harzer Edelbrand Manufaktur is a small distillery founded by Marco Fiedler in Timmenrode, a district of Blankenburg in the Harz region (Germany). The logo references the nearby Teufelsmauer rock formation known as the “Hamburger Wappen.”

The distillery was officially established in 2019 after a three-year approval process. Production takes place in a facility adapted to regulatory standards and equipped with a copper still from which the first spirit – a batch of about 40 bottles of Harz gin – was distilled under customs supervision.

Since then, the distillery has expanded its range and now produces several regional spirits, reflecting a focus on small-batch craftsmanship and the use of local ingredients.
