Dörlemann Aquavit

Kornbrennerei Dörlemann is a family-run distillery rooted in the Westphalian town of Recklinghausen (Essel), Germany, with a history dating back to 1860. Over the decades the distillery has remained true to its origins – growing its own grain and using regional raw materials to produce spirits from “grain to bottle.” Today they craft a wide variety of products: from classic Korn and vodka to fruit brandies, liqueurs, and barrel-aged spirits.

Among their offerings is the aged Korn brand “Ährenmann”, matured for 42 months in casks, showcasing their dedication to traditional methods and depth of flavour. Their spirits are available both through local gastronomy and directly via their on-site boutique store, where visitors can also find wines, gifts, and custom-packaged presents + making Dörlemann not just a distillery, but a cultivated experience rooted in local heritage.

For those interested in authentic German craft spirits, Kornbrennerei Dörlemann stands out as a company with long history, regional commitment, and a broad, quality-oriented portfolio.
